In a video, Kavita Chaturvedi has talked about various aspects of a Career in Social Enterprise. Kavita Chaturvedi started by explaining Social Enterprise as: "A social enterprise is an organization that applies commercial strategies to maximize improvements in human and environmental well-being. This may include maximizing social impact alongside profits for external shareholders. Social enterprises can be structured as a for-profit or non-profit, and may take the form of a co-operative, mutual organization, a disregarded entity, a social business, a benefit corporation, a community interest company or a charity organization." The video gave me so much food for thought.


I found the video unique because it talked about Education in terms of things which can be learnt from books, to excel at a Career in Social Enterprise and not as a list of Qualifications, which one needs to get into Social Enterprise. Kavita Chaturvedi touches upon these in the Education section of the Video:
